Wunderschönes Haus auf 3 Etagen. Wir waren bei Ankommen völlig überrascht über die Größe des Hauses! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles liebevoll und modern eingerichtet im Landhausstil. Man hat’s nicht weit bis zum schönen Strand, der sehr sauber ist. Unsere 1 Woche Herbstferien war einfach rundum eine wunderschöne Woche

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus Ruh di ut verbracht. Ein besonderes Lob an die Mitarbeiter, die das Haus gereinigt haben. Top! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alle Haushaltsgeräte für den Alltag waren vorhanden. Die Lage in Timmendorf ist auch sehr gut; zwei Minuten zum Hafen mit Bäcker, Restaurants und den leckeren Fischbrötchen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage in Timmendorf. Mit 5 Erwachsene und ein Baby hatten wir immer noch ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung ist prima, uns hat nichts gefehlt.

Ein tolles Haus mit schöner und gemütlicher Ausstattung in fantastischer Lage - wir haben uns auch deshalb hierfür entschieden, weil es nah zum Hafen und dem Meer liegt. Da wir zwei lauftechnisch gehandikappte Senioren dabei hatten, wäre es toll gewesen, wenn man direkt durch die Häuser Richtung Hafen hätte laufen können und nicht erst in die "falsche" Richtung müssen.
Ein wirklich großes Manko: Im Haus war praktisch kein Mobilnetz vorhanden, Anrufe erreichten uns nicht, das Internet war praktisch nicht nutzbar, wir konnten keine Hotspots öffnen. Wenn sich daran nichts ändert, wäre ein WLAN mehr als angebracht und inzwischen echt ein Standard-Feature.

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Service Personal ist immer freundlich und in allen Fragen hilfsbereit
für seine Gäste da. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Am späten Nachmittag kann man es sich nach einem langen Spaziergang oder einen Ausflug im Garten gemütlich machen. Mit eigenem Parkplatz am Haus ist das Ferienhaus komplett. Timmendorf ist ein sehr schöner Ort.

Das Lob würde bereits der Mitarbeiterin bei Abreise mitgeteilt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Preis im Winter ist okay - im Sommer (sicher nachfragebedingt) m. E. etwas überbewertet. Da fahren wir dann doch eher nach Dänemark. Ein kleiner Hinweis: da WLAN quasi nur im EG und im großen Schlafzimmer verfügbar ist, empfiehlt sich ein WLAN-Repeater im 1. OG!

Wir buchen immer wieder sehr gern über PAS, da wir uns da einfach immer sicher sein können, dass es sauber ist. Es sind immer Wohnungen/Häuser, die auch gut ausgestattet sind.
(Dieses Mal waren wir ja im Haus "Ruh di ut" in Timmendorf. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!)

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: Please settle the modalities as well as the conditions for the payment directly with the landlord.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
